Configure the Zoom Integration

Integration with Zoom is only compatible with EMS 220.4. If you are on a previous version of EMS, you will have to upgrade to use the functionality. You also need an updated EMS license to enable the integration. Contact your account manager for more information on acquiring an updated license.

To configure the Zoom Integration in your environment, register a new application in the Zoom marketplace. Only Zoom account admins or users with Developer privileges can create the integration.
